Routines and Habits
You are a very routine dependent person. You eat the same meals over and over again (see diet), you wash your body the same way every morning (see hygiene), for the entirety of 2001 you shaved your head on the first of the month, even your thought processes are almost routinely predictable. Partly it is the most convenient thing to do, but also it comforts you to do things in the same way repeatedly. It also feels like the "logical" thing to do. Though you're not likely to change these routines frequently, you're not resistant when they are changed either through your own or other people's agency.
